S&A Homes is one of the premier home builders in State College and has communities in two states. When we sat down with the marketing team, they were open, honest and easygoing. They were excited about the product and even had a very progressive "green" initiative, at the time, that was a break from what many of their competitors were doing. The question was, "how do we capitalize"?

The company had been years without any overhaul of its brand, so the decision was made to bring a company that was clearly cutting edge, into the new millennium. From the logo to the way imagery was being displayed, to the tone and message of the ad content, it was all reimagined to fit more with a tone that was far more "Building Forward".
